If I order online, will I be able to see a sample of the item?
Yes. We will send it to you at no extra charges. If you order above 500 pieces of a particular product, We can even bundle in 25 pieces for you free. P.S Applicable only to orders within Singapore

If I order online, how long will it take to reach here?
It takes approximately 2 to 3 days but then again, it depends on the destination of the shipment. At most it takes 4 to 5 days

If I am an oversea customer, what currency do I remit to PPI?
Usually we will only accept Singapore Dollars We will only accept US Dollars from our customers from China

Usually we will relay back to you the status of your order and we will check again if the quantity is what you really want

After the goods arrive and I find them defective, how do I get a replacement?
If the goods was in good condition when we sent it out and it becomes defective when it reach its destination, we will gladly replace it for you. Just send it back to us.
